Once you arrive into Manila, the island of Panay is a short flight from Manila. The fastest way to travel to Iloilo City is by plane to Iloilo International airport.
You can find domestic flights from Manila, Davao, Cebu, Puerto, Princesa and Cagayan de Oro y General Santos.
You can fly to Iloilo directly from many domestic airports, and from Singapore and Hong Kong.
Iloilo International Airport is located 20km away from the city.
From the airport you can take a cab which will take you to your destination. Make sure your driver switches on the taximeter to avoid higher pricing for your ride. The usual costs for your trip from the airport to Iloilo City is around 400 PHP for a 30-minute drive.
Besides the usual taxi services “Grab” a taxi app comparable to Uber is widely used in the city.
